Unfortunately, the main issue was cleanliness. There were urine stains on the toilet and visible hair in the shower, clearly left by the previous guest. As a solo female traveler staying for just one night, I didn’t feel comfortable raising the concern at the time. This property has great potential. I hope the management team will provide better guidance and training to the housekeeping staff to ensure higher standards of cleanliness."
