"The Day Shift Desk person was not very accommodating with changing rooms due to having a plugged up toilet. He said he would send up a plunger for us to unclog the toilet. We left for four hours and after returning the toilet was still plugged up. I went to the front desk and the guy said he would give me a plunger. He said we must have plugged it up and we needed to unplug it. I told him if the plunger wasn’t attached to a maintenance man don’t bother sending up a plunger. I told him it was not our job to do their maintenance for them. I requested to be moved to a new room and with some hesitation on his part, he said he would call me in a few minutes to let us know what room he could move us to. After an hour of waiting, I returned to the front desk and he was gone, his shift was over. He never even left a message with the 2nd Shift person. The 2nd Shift person was extremely helpful, accommodating and apologetic for the Day Shift person. We were given a new room that turned out to be a very clean room and had a working toilet!"
