Everything was clean and the television worked well. The breakfast was adequate with a variety of choices. Pillows were great, but the beds could have been softer. Staff was wonderful!

Nice, clean hotel

This is not a luxury experience but this motel was very clean and updated recently. The bed was comfy with no gross hair and dust accumulation around the edges. Rooms were well kept and have a mini-fridge and microwave.

Close to town yet quiet

We were only there to sleep. It is close to everything but away from traffic so it was great for what we needed. Thanks for a nice stay.

Worst hotel ever.

Pros: The location was convenient and the room was fairly clean.
Cons: Just about everything.
Location: Greenwood has a few interesting events each year, including the Festival of Flowers.
When I arrived, the refrigerator was not working (plugged in and turned to high, but inside was room temperature); the sink in the bathroom would not drain (water put in before I realized it was broken stayed in the sink all night long); no shampoo or lotion samples (only hair conditioner); there was no trash basket. I reported the trouble and asked to be moved to another room - there were none available. The first morning I was awakened at 5:00 AM by men outside the room talking loudly while they prepared to go fishing. After 45 minutes, they started their (very loud) trucks and left. I could not get back to sleep. The attendant at the front desk said she would get the room fixed. Tea bags were very old and the tea tasted awful. When I got back that evening, the sink was fixed, but the carpet in the bath area was soaking wet and the hot and cold water had been switched (hot on right and cold on left); still no amenities or trash basket. The second morning I was awakened at 4:00 AM by the same men. I called the front desk after 45 minutes and all the man would say was, "they are leaving." I told him they had been leaving for 45 minutes and he just said "they're leaving" again. They went on for another 45 minutes and again I could not get back to sleep.
