I paid for an upgraded suite. Half of the lights worked, the bathtub took 30-45 minutes to drain, and dont shower when the tub was draining....the shower filled with water. The air conditioner struggled. The cable was subpar. The room stunk of smoke....i booked a "NON-SMOKING" room. I paid extra for all of thee amenities and when i address the issues....nothing was done. Such a disappointment for my 1st experience. Never coming back here!!

I’ve always enjoyed staying in this building. San Remo, Hooters, and now OYO! One of the best values in Vegas. The location is very accessible for Uber pick up, without having to “go to the back or side” like most other casinos on the strip. There are table games with friendly dealers and $1 black jack, and $5 roulette too, cheap drinks, and a hooters inside also. With the value comes with some drawbacks, the smoke really got to me in the lobby and even in the room on this trip, and didn’t really see anyone smoking! Had to walk 2-3 floors for a working ice machine. Elevators are “manned” I’m assuming for security? But only 1 in each section so forget about using the elevator from 10-11:30. Probably a good time to start the renovation for when the new ball park is finished!

They charge you deposit $300 and then nothing in the hotel works fine, only one elevator, dirty room and washroom. They did not gave my deposit back.

Only for strip access and no frills sleep.

This is a no frills room. Bathtub had some hard residue in the bottom and mineral discoloration around the bath faucet. Toilet took almost 10 minutes to refil the tank. No cups to put your ice in and the ice machine was not working on the 8th floor. Elevator issues- 1 working on bayview side. The strip view was good, and you can open the door for fresh air. Should never be more than $50 a night.

Property has no concierre for bell boy to help with luggage. When I first checked I was told the elevators wasn't working and only went to the 10th floor. I would have to walk my luggage up 5 flights of stair. As I get to the elevator they told me was working. Then my premier room door lock was working, so I had to go back to the regeneration desk.
