if i could rate no stars i would. We arrived here and the door to our room was covered in spit the knob was broken there were cig butts everywhere, when we entered the room smelled like urine and there was a bug on the pillow, my husband went to open a drawer and the whole dresser fell apart. I went to the counter and demanded a refund immediately!!! Falsely advertised what the rooms looked like on expedia!

Customer service was great but the room itself was very under kept. The carpet was wet from the AC dripping water and the restroom floor was coming off. The toilet did not want to flush and was hard to manage.

The television didnt work. I called the front office and they said they didnt have anyone to fix it. The television was unplugged from the wall socket and had no connection to the cable from the wall. So in other words, this television has not worked for a long time. They make no effort to fix it or to replace it.

I usually do not leave bad reviews- however I feel called to warn other families that this place is NOTHING like the photos or any other LaQuinta’s I’ve stayed in. The only plus is that it’s a few minutes away from the border so it’s convenient if you’re traveling a long way and need a place to rest briefly (like we had to do, traveling to and from central Mexico from Chicago). However, the towels, tubs, pillows, air conditioner and floors are all stained and don’t seem to ever be cleaned thoroughly. The AC had an inch think layer of what looked like gray cloth all over it (years of accumulated dust), the tub had black stains and tiny holes (??), towels had yellow stains and hairs on them, and the white pillows had black stains (?!). The area outside the rooms was filthy as well - huge piles of accumulated trash under the stairwells. This was worse than a motel and I would not recommend his for a family at ALL. Or anyone really, unless you are REALLY finding yourself in a tough financial bind and have absolutely NO other viable options.

I was on business trip with my friend with disability.we were super tired of driving all day,when i tried to sleep i had a strange bite i ignore but suddenly i felt so many bite so when i turn on light i found 4 to 5 tick on my body over head running.so i could not sleep whole night since my disable co workers was already fall asleep i didnt wanted to disturb him,so didn’t want to change room so i jsut woke whole night with light thinking they will still come after light is off.i explain situation to front desk and tried to get refund never get.na di am so disappointed.please don’t go this hotel there are alot of better hotel around in Laredo.
