AC not working properly and was very noisy thru the night. Elevator was out of order so i had to take stairs to third floor which caused me pain due to severe arthritis. Just because I reserved the room thru a third party, Hotel.co, doesn't mean customers like myself should be given less ideal rooms. It's still not cheap thru third parties.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The room smelled terrible, like sweat and dirt. The bed was unmade, as if someone had just slept in it. The bathroom looked used, with hair on the floor and even pubic hair around the toilet area. There was a stain on the door that looked like blood. Everything felt dirty and unhygienic. I couldn’t stay — I had to leave immediately and book another hotel. Completely unacceptable experience.
