Look elsewhere

The place had a funny smell and there were cockroaches in the room. The bed had foreign hairs. There is possibly bed bugs because I had a rash on my arms and back. We went to breakfast at 8am. The breakfast included was a joke they did not have milk for the cereal and when we asked for some they said that is all they had. Would not recommend to stay.

It’s an okay hotel to stay one or two days but the conditions were horrible. I had so much trouble with my key opening the door and the front desk girl just replaced it and said it was fine, and if I continued to have problems she would go open it for me. The elevator was nasty, and it takes forever to go up and to come down. The breakfast wasn’t great either.

Not a family hotel. Did not feel safe in the hotel. Everything is old and has a smell. Needs a major remodel and everything to be updated Mattress’ are very uncomfortable. Two flat small pillows per bed. Towels old. Doors do not properly lock.

The hall way was hot. We were in the 3rd floor , and we had a lot of trouble with the door key card. It wouldn't open. I had to go and tell thw front desk. And fter doing that we still had to keep putting the card several times in and out until it would open the door. It was frustrating 😒

Some issues

I was able to check easily and the room was at a cool temperature. Beds were comfy the only thing was in the morning the water was shut off due to a leak outside the building I was not able to take a shower and the restroom was not able to flush as well. The front desk employee did apologize for the issue.

NO SHOW POLICY 3AM AND ROACHES ON BED.

I reserved 1 night last night but arrived at 3:34 am, so they said my reservation was marked as no show so it was canceled on their end.. so i had pay again, so when the clerk finally game a room as soon as we opened the door and turned the light on of room 210, we say a bunch of small roaches on the wall.. then on the bed we also saw multiple, I asked for a refund and made the clerk aware of the situation, she just said okay and gave me back my money.... worst hotel , first because of the no show policy i was not aware of , i thought since i had already paid i could arrive at any time but guess not. The roach situation was disgusting.

Never get the room behind the reception - 104

I understand this is a budget hotel, hot huge expectations just a clean, quiet room to sleep and continue road We were assigned a room just behind the front desk The servers and WiFi antennas were behind it It was unbearable, after realizing what it was we got another room, better we could finally sleep I can’t understand why would they assign a room with that level of noise I lost a couple of hours of sleep The room was simple, reasonable clean and comfortable for the price level Just that indecent made me really upset

Needed to check in online because the card reader wasn't working. Was in room # 203 then i asked for another room because my wife made popcorn and roaches came out. Went to front desk lady was rude and gave us room #118 ,this room was infested! This hotel must be closed. There are families renting like an apartment complex. We couldn't stay in this place asked for a refund and was denied. We were ther less than 20 minutes! Was charged $83! My wife has videos of both rooms #118 by wall and plastic baseboard were tons of roaches!

The pricing is great, the rooms are a hit or miss. Unfortunately there was a few times where we got a room with mold in the restroom. But the staff is super friendly and quick to help out the people that come in.

The worst hotel

As my arrival, no customer service, not even Hi. As I arrived in the room, water was coming out of the A/C unit, went back to reception to request another room. 2nd room shower was not working properly, bugs in the floor and elevator was not functioning properly. Bad experience!
