When we arrived late at night there was a crowd of drunk people hanging out in the parking lot threatening to fight, an individual dressed fully in black, masked with only eyes showing walking next to someone who was clearly a prostitute through the lobby, and the host must have casually thrown out the f word at least 10 times when checking in the group before me, also clearly checking in to join a party. The carpeting is gross throughout, and the parking lot and hallway smelled like marijuana. I had a two day reservation and asked for a refund only for the second day, so I could change hotels, and was refused. The only good parts were: the bedding seemed clean and tge breakfast was good. The area around the hotel is safe, but the clientel, host and conditions of the hotel were bad.

Womens state bowling

We were there for womens state bowling and it was close to both lanes. Breakfast could of been a little warmer and the ice machines need alittle work on them so you didnt have to push it like you was punching he so hard to get it to work. It was a nice stay. Was sure why the second room i paid for also had to pay 100.00 deposit for the room but it was what it was.

I really wanted to love it. The staff was great, the location was perfect for my visit and the price was within budget. The suite was enormous and if anything had been replaced in the last few years they would have hit it out of the park. The office chair literally had the top layer of vinyl/leather peeling off of it, there were nicks and dents in most of the other furniture. The mattress was at least a year overdue for being replaced. The carpet was just, bad. I used to manage a small property, so I get it, wear and tear is hard, but it looks like they've given up if that room is any indication and everything else was so positive, I hope they can turn it around.

I was not impressed with this hotel sadly. It’s hard to find hotels with jacuzzi rooms anymore, but I won’t be staying at this one again. It was very dirty and was falling apart. My doorknob fell off, the room light burned out, and my room keys deactivated. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

For one night stay I am satisfied, however the place is a bit run down and in need of improvements such as new carpet, signage for elevator (which was tucked away & had to ask someone), smelled like smoke waking in to front desk, bathroom tub look very old and want to wear something on your feet. I did not find the stay to be very friendly but they did their job and got me checked in and checked out.

Shoddy at Best

The room looks like it had not been vacuumed in a few stays. There was some thing on the walls, possibly Coca-Cola. The smoke detectors were missing from the room. The beds were not comfortable at all. Breakfast was tasteless And it seemed like they had a hard time keeping the buffet stocked, but at least it was offered. Staff was fine, no concerns there. But the place could definitely use some thorough cleaning, like maybe shampooing the carpets. Could definitely use some repairs and general upkeep and maintenance. I didn't expect it to be grandiose for the lower price, but I was definitely expecting more than what we got.
