The people at the front desk were very kind, polite and the breakfast good. We were happy to be assigned a handicapped room since it was on the first floor. Our bed and it's bedding was very comfortable. The free WIFI was appreciated and while the TVs were a little outdated, the cable choices were adequate. Unfortunately, I'm sorry to report that the maintenance and cleaning was lacking in the bathroom. This is because the bathroom has a water problem. First of all, the bracket designed to hold the shower head was broken and the water pressure terribly low, making showers long, and difficult to rinse off. The barrier free floor along with too short of a shower curtain allowed the water to leak out on to the tiled floor, making it very slippery and hazardous to stand on. Because of the shower's bad design and it's lack of proper cleaning, a pinkish colored mold has developed in the tile grout along the floor and corners outside the shower. Our towels, though plush and looking clean, smelled stale and dirty.

Hotel is very outdated, appears to be in the midst of renovations but haven’t been completed or touched in some time. Elevator- dirty loose carpet. Hotel room- tv was little and sat too low on the dresser. The bed was worn. The AC was on and off and super noisey. The bathroom floor was sticky, the ceiling above shower was peeling/hanging.

They had construction going on th whole time we were there making all kinds of noise hanging in the hallways and outside by the windows making comments they left stuff laying around everywhere there was dirt all over and dusty I ended up leaving after the first night did get a refund for the daysi wasn't there

Disgusting jacuzzi

I got a king suite with whirlpool because of chronic back problems. Room appeared clean but the hot tub had stains on it i tohought were rust so i filled it not thibking much of it but when i turned on the jaccuzi this brown stuff shot out into the water. I drained it and rinsed it. When i wiped it with a towel it turned a nasty brown as well. They only gave me a 20% refund.
