The Piccadilly Motel
"Cute little cabins that were reasonably equipped and the beds were comfortable despite being a little on the smaller side. We should have requested the queen size. It did in a pinch but wow did we end up paying a lot for a long weekend stay without getting the continental breakfast included."

"Very small room…hardly any room for 2-people or for your luggage/pack"

Prestige Radium Hot Springs Resort, WorldHotels Crafted
"The place was awesome, location fantastic, staff great! The beds were some of the coziest I have ever had in a hotel! The only negative was that the air conditioner would come on in the middle of the night and was so loud it was absolutely terrifying to be startled awake by! I know this probably ..."

"My kids loved the pools. A cold pool with slides, a hot pool which was great for us parents and two hot tubs. Unfortunately because it was summer and not ski season not all the restaurants were open so it would have been nice if they were for availability and the options."

Copper Point Resort
"We recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Copper Point. It was our 3rd visit to Copper Point. After checking our room upon arrival, we were a little disappointed to be situated overlooking the parking lot. We asked at the front desk if we could pay for an upgrade, after all, it was a special occasion for us! We were told that they were unable to help us at all, as we had booked through Expedia and that we’d need to arrange it through them. Our attempt for an upgrade through Expedia was unsuccessful - they told us there were no rooms available. It would have been nice if the front desk had at least checked to see if/what they had available before directing us to reach out to Expedia. Although we were quite disappointed we settled into our assigned room and decided to make the most of it. The hotel seemed a little run down in places this time around. The lamp in our room had a large tear in the shade. The blinds and baseboards were very dusty. The pool and hot tub area, and outdoor spaces are fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed them. The pool change room walls and baseboards also looked quite neglected. The on-site restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed a beautiful meal there for our anniversary and the food was top notch. Unfortunately the spa was closed for renovations. We have enjoyed this on our previous stays. We will be back, as location and amenities are excellent. TLC would fix the rest! Help for an upgrade would’ve been appreciated!"
