We had a pleasant stay at the resort! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly- they assisted with transferring us to a different room from the one we originally booked, which we really appreciated. The pool was great as well and added to the overall experiance. Location was perfect for what we needed. Will definitely come back.

We've gone to Copper Point a few times over the years as we've appreciated their cleanliness and service. However on this trip we found that the room had a strong smel of a cleaning product that was really bothering us. When we asked to change rooms they accommodated us but all the rooms had this same smell. Also, there was no kettle available to us.

Room had a broken toilet so we needed to pack up and move to another room. The new room had a fireplace that didn't work, lights that didn't work and one of two t.v. sets that didn't work. Dated t.v. sets with blurry screens. The hotel is in need of maintenance updates for sure. We loved the restaurant and staff. This feedback was shared with the hotel.

Room was good, comfy bed, shower was a bit weak. Nice clean hotel but lots of noise from young guests in the corridors. Restaurant and bar is a bit dated and one of the bar staff was not very hospitable whereas the guy actually mixing the drinks was friendly and great. Should have got his name…….
