Rooms updatwd but balcony is so dirty!

Room was nice except no mattee what we did for hvac temperature it never got colder or warmer. The balcony would have great potential if it was cleaned. It was filthy and we didnt want to sit in the chair as they were covered in dirt. It really needs some cleaning!

The room was nice and clean. The Lakeview option was the best part. The staff was super friendly and helpful. But for the price, the room should have more luxury options. You are basically paying for the view. There was no microwave in the room.The restaurant opened the day after we arrived. The food was ok, but nothing special. They have two parking lots so plenty of parking. The boathouse bar and grill is in walking distance and has great food.

The remote control wasn’t the original for the tv so simple things like turning up the volume or changing the channel was an inconvenience. The bathroom door did not latch. The main door didn’t have the second lock. The showers were great. The beds were comfortable
