I received a letter under my door stating that they were doing a system update and that they were taking money out of peoples accounts. Sorry for the inconvenience. We left the property as soon as we seen our room. The hallway was filthy and smelled very bad. Our room had a filthy floor, like it was not vacuumed and there was urine stains on the toilet. The room smelled like urine and feces. I let the front desk attend know we were leaving due to being mislead on the Expeda website. The property was not a 3 star, it was not even a 2 star. She said they would refund our payment as long as you contacted them and ok'd it.

Firstly, the staff was outstanding. However, the hotel room had several cleanliness issues. The tub spout had a leak at all times, there were dirty corners of the bathroom floor and janky maintenance on the tub. There was stain on the couch that looked bad and a some other areas of the room that had been neglected for dusting and proper cleaning. With all that said, the bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the use of the pool.
