"Osvaldo is an amazing host! Very quick to respond and gave recommendations on activities to do nearby. Loved the self check-in process and the condo was better than the pictures! The area is great as well, centrally located to all activities in Puerto Rico, nice quiet beach downstairs, and lots of restaurants only 1-2 blocks away. Definitely plan on returning and hope to stay at this condo again."

"I booked this house for myself and my husband (early 40s), two kids (son 12, daughter 10) and my mom (80s).We had an amazing week at this home! It was the perfect location. Nice, quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view — but, close to all the activities we wanted (El Yunque, beach and kiosks at Luquillo, horseback riding in the rainforest, mini boats in Fajardo —- 10/10 recommend the mini boats!!). The kids loved the pool - I loved the view from the porch. It’s not directly on the beach like some rentals, but I think it’s better!Connie was a great host - she checked in during the week, but never overbearing. She had so many recommendations for us of things to see/do/eat!If someone hadn’t been checking in on our check-out day, I might have stayed forever! Or, at least a few more days!"

"This property is in a good location but it is very dated. The owner has not kept up the repairs of the property. There were 6 of us for 10 days and 8 for 3 put of 10 days. We had 8 bath towels and 8 beach towels for the entire time. the washer and dryer were small so you have to do multiple loads for the towels and it took more than 3 hours to dry each time. There was a bidet in the bathroom and it was probably used more than 10 years ago because it has been broken for a long time. The property was listed for three and half bathrooms, except one was outside and it was not clear when it was last cleaned or used because there were frogs and bugs in the toilet and shower. The kitchen was not in the greatest shape either, not very clean. We had two rolls toilet paper, three 15gal garbage bags, four dish washer detergent, no laundry detergent. I understand that we need to bring stuff but not dish detergent, garbage bags and toilet paper. We have stayed at many places for the past years and every place i gave a 10 not a 7 like I think this place deserve.Good location but the owner need to put some money in to improve the place and not so cheap with toilet paper and detergent."

"This unit has the most amazing view of the ocean. The balcony feels like it’s floating above the ocean! The unit was clean and air-conditioning and fans were appreciated. Not many talk about La Pared Beach, but the waves and the golden sand made it one of our favorites in Puerto Rico. Truly a tropical paradise. Lots of surfing opportunities. There is a river going into the sea that the kids loved floating and playing in. Beautiful rock, formations and not a trashy or busy beach. We also appreciated that she provided a Britta water filter lots of beach towels, and sand toys. There was one day that there was construction noise, but we just tried to make it out of the unit and spend the day out. It was only one day though. The parking security guard was very helpful. It’s a little confusing when you first get there, but once you figure out where the spot is and get your luggage up, smooth sailing after that and they were very helpful. We would stay again here!"
