The house was exactly as pictured and literally a mere 20 steps from the driveway until you hit the sand on the beach. The view from the porch was breathtaking. We enjoyed coffee there every morning watching the surfers and listening to the waves, and spent many hours relaxing in a hammock in the palm trees across the street. The host Amber was very accommodating and immediately responsive. She gave great suggestions and tips to help make the most of our vacation. The house is completely stocked with everything you could need! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location with everything you need! The view is amazing and you can walk to anything you need. Bonus there is a studio attached to this vrbo so my dad was able to have his own spot. Loved coffee on the porch watching the surfers!

Location, location, location. Hearing the surf all day and night is such a great thing. Seeing AND hearing it all morning, afternoon, and evening is what dreams are made of. The house is perfect for a couple or a small family. The patio is fantastic The street is clean and safe. Close to everything you could need of want. There was an issue with the TV the first day and Jeff came and replaced it almost immediately. Don't hesitate to stay here

Great location, great view

Located on a street that doesn't get much traffic, this place is in a great location. Across the street from a sandy beach, and walking distance from many restaurants.The front porch is larger than the pictures make it look, and is perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening watching the waves.When we come back to Puerto Rico, we will definitely want to stay here again.

Perfect Location

I loved this place. Very conveniently located. The beach is a few steps from the house. The water is clean, the area is clean, and the home itself is very clean. Honestly, it is so perfectly located that you don't need to rent a car. The only downside is that they have been having power outages, and the power went out on the entire island the night before we left. This house does not have a backup generator, but the restaurants do. Also, the beach equipment is very old, we could not use the beach umbrella or the beach chairs. Other than that, the house is fully equipped. I truly loved this house and our stay. Also, take some cash, the local vendors have some delicious pina coladas.

Phenomenal Stay

From the start of our stay to the end, the home met all of our needs. The location was perfect - beachfront and close to restaurants. It was such a treat to watch the surfers while drinking my coffee. Not to mention the adorable dogs that roam the area nearby. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen area was inviting and fulfilled all over our needs. I highly recommend staying at this amazing place and will be back again to stay there.

Wonderful Location!

Right across from a great beach, walking distance to many great restaurants, 15min drive to national park & just 20min to Fajardo for various boat tours.Had a wonderful stay, Felt safe the whole time and super comfortable.

Great house in a wonderful beach community; beware of riptides

We had an amazing time staying at this home in this community. There were surf competitions, and salsa festivals going on. Lots of options for good dining. And close to much that there is to do in the north of the island.The house is quiet, with a cinderblock and concrete. It’s like a bunker when the windows are closed and the AC is on at night. We enjoyed getting up every morning and opening all the windows and enjoying the views with breakfast. House was basic but clean and comfortable.So this is not a ding on the house or hosts, but I think it should be more clearly communicated with renters how dangerous the beaches are. There were riptide signs posted everywhere. Still multiple locals and visitors tried to get in the water and had to be taken out by surfers because they couldn’t get back to shore. There are several smaller spots, quieter spots to swim within walking or very short driving distance.

Great Beach House

Our family with 2 teens enjoyed our stay right on the beach. The house had everything we needed. The beach has a lot of waves and a good breeze. When we wanted calmer waters we drove 5 min down the road to the beach near the kiosks. Enjoyed our first time to Puerto Rico!

Relaxing ocean view!

The balcony is right across the street from the ocean. The beach is awesome! clear waters, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The Wi-Fi connection is good enough for both of us to telework using video conferencing. The kitchen has all you need and the beds are comfortable. The water in the shower is hot. We will love to come back.

Spent the week of New Years at this location. Kitchen was very well stocked. Was relaxing watching the surfers every day. Several people walking by, wanted to know how we found such a nice place. Overall, we'd stay here again if traveling to PR.

Great place!

My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. I like it cold at night when I sleep and the AC units in this little condo are amazing. The beaches are amazing and everything was perfect.

Great place right accross from beach. Awesome neighbors. Will say we wish the property wouldve been a little cleaner at check in. Came into property smelling really musty, after looking found molded coffee in the coffee pot, guest bedroom pillows were staind generously, and guest bedroom AC didnt work from day one. Allbeit the property was wonderful for our stay and Just a few things we were probably picky about. If your coming from the 48, be ready for serious humidity. But we would definitely visit again if returning to Luquillo.

Beautiful spot and very nice 6 day stay

We stayed in the front unit as a family of 5, and my parents stayed in the back unit. This was a very nice place, the location ideal. We loved the front porch and the fact that the ocean was feet from the door. The place had a kitchen with everything you need, as well as ample towels for bathroom and beach, and beach chairs. The beds were also very comfortable. Such a great place.
