Bathroom was very poor, while showering water did not drain, once I turned off the shower water was still leaking form shower head and tub to the point that the tub was half way full, carpets in hallways were stained very bad. I expected better for the price I paid.

This hotel is at the end of a business park. Parking is outside the hotel not covered or monitor but plenty of it and its free. There are places to eat across the street getting across the street is more difficult than it should be, but whatever it takes to get your starbucks, Breakfast is your standard free hotel breakfast, nothing special but all you need. If you are looking for ameties, or a great location... not for you... if you are there for a meeting or something it's great, I'll be there again

Do friendly, so clean, secure entry, so safe. Gave it a 4 bc all the parking spots on the backside main door are all compact shd every time I went to breakfast the fruit was gone but oranges do you need more fruit.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. The staff was great! We liked being close to the freeways for convenience. The property felt safe as you needed your key card to access even the front door which was nice. We really only had 2 issue: 1-There were areas of our room and the common areas that were in need of repair and/or had substandard work done which kinda gave a feel of a substandard hotel. 2- There was a musty smell in some of the common areas, mostly the hallways and elevator.

Great place. Needs some repairs such as water damage in the bathroom ceiling. Service was some of the best I've ever had. Room was clean, just needs some updating. Beds were comfy. Alarm clock had nice variety of plugs for phones. Breakfast was decent. Not a ton of protein. Lots of carbs. In a nice area with tons of food and shopping nearby.

Out dated bathroom, low water pressure, keys didn’t work multiple times. Was quiet, coffee was decent at breakfast. Only had carbs no eggs or protein.

A little pricey for an ordinary room

I think for the price i paid, the hotel rate is expensive compared to other hotels like Marriot or Hilton. The room furnitures, ie sofa, night stand, bed are old. I think it need some upgrade. Breakfast is just ordinary nothing special.

Old rundown hotel

This hotel is old and in serious need of a remodel or better upkeep. The carpet in the room was dirty and smelled like dirty feet.. the bathroom was dirty as well. Old furniture too. I paid WAY too much to stay here. $185 a night was a rip off. Just because it’s in La Palma doesn’t mean it’s worth that price.
