Bathroom was dirty had to ask for toilet paper, refrigerator was inoperable and did not keep our food cold. Need to update the amenities. Not offering free continental breakfast.

This location is running a classic bait and switch scam. They advertise a discounted rate on Travelocity. After you book the reservation but before you actually get to check into the hotel, they claim they have a "pipe emergency" and re-book you at the Hampton Inn down the street, which I am told has the same ownership. Read the online reviews. They have been running this scam for at least two months. When I attempted to check into the Courtyard I asked why I was being re-booked while other people were obviously staying there. I was told everyone had to be out in two days because of a "pipe emergency." They have been making this claim since at least June. This was an obvious and easily disprovable lie, since I stayed in their other hotel for four days and observed that the Courtyard has guests registered there the entire time. Also, they continued to accept new reservations on Travelocity the entire time. I don't even understand their angle to the scam, since I would have gladly booked at the Hampton Inn at the same rate. I'm guessing maybe others consider it to be a downgrade. Regardless, I don't like being lied to no matter what their motivation is.

Unfortunately, my original booking couldnt be fulfilled, there were problems at the original location. Accommodations were made for a room a couple miles away, so there was a small inconvenience. So i cant accurately rate the Marriott since thats not where i stayed
