Great hotel, great facilities and very convenient for access to Kyoto train station and bus station. We arrived by the airport bus service from Kansai airport which stops right outside. All staff very super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of different foods each day. Would highly recommend this hotel for families.

The room smelled as if someone vomit right in front of the bathroom. The toilet area smelled like a urine. Thank goodness I was only there for one night, but it was not worth it. I would not recommend staying here.

Great location across from Kyoto transit station. Upgraded to bigger room, very nice. Welcome amenity was one beverage per night (beer vs whiskey drink vs soda), water daily. Attached to shopping center, food court. Tour buses of Kyoto leave out from of hotel.
