We stayed at Cross Hotel Kyoto with our family and had a great experience. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made our stay with kids easy and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel is in an excellent location central but perfect for exploring Kyoto on foot or by public transport. The common areas are modern and well designed, and everything felt well organized and thoughtfully managed. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend it for families as well as couples or travelers looking for a stylish and well-located hotel in Kyoto.

This hotel surprised us! For the price we paid with Expedia, and it included breakfast it was an awesome hotel. The buffet breakfast was clean and had many options. The decor and design of the lobby and restaurant was very well thought out. The location was central to everything yo could want.

This is a really beautiful hotel that is centrally located by fun shopping streets and food options. The crazy thing is, it's nestled behind the action, so it feels serene and quiet. Super quick access to buses or subway. Our room is huge and very comfortable. I couldn't recommend this place more. (The breakfast is okay - convenient. )

The room was nice. It wasn’t a big room but it was spacious enough to feel comfortable. I love that they provided a humidifier because the Japan winters are very dry. The amenities were great and abundant. No need to bring toiletries. The restaurant food was a little pricey but the food was well worth it. The location of the hotel is also perfection. Walking distance from Gion and many other attractions. You will not be bored. The staff was great and the complimentary coffee hit the spot on those cold mornings.
