Overall it was a fantastic 5 days stay in the family suite. Every staff makes you feel like million dollars. From room operator to house keeper. Just one thing though, I left my belogings in the room before I flew back home and they were exceptional to have message me to ask if I needed to ship the items back to me. I have responded but there has been no response ever since.

It exceeded my expectations. The staff are very respectful and very clean.The food was also good The helped clean my baby milk bottles whenever i needed and brought them back covered .I highly recommend. I wish they could have an indoor playground for under year.

Staff, absolutely wonderful. Rooms, great, except you had so many kids knocking on doors and ringing doorbells. Location, excellent Breakfast buffet, very good The lounge/bar, a total disappointment. The bottled beer was warm. The staff must’ve had three meetings while we were there so it was hard to get service when they were all clustered next to us in a meeting. The food, appetizers, terrible. We ordered almost everything on the appetizer menu.Most was only warm nothing actually hot.
