Perfect Place for UTK visit

Cannot say enough….beautifully decorated, comfortable bed (even the 2nd rollout futon was amazingly comfortable). Perfect location and such easy check in. Having parking in basement is huge!!!

UT Admitted Students weekend

If I could give a higher review (than a 5 star) I would! Chris is very easy to work with and responded promptly to all my questions. The accommodations are perfect, extremely clean and in a perfect location to walk wherever you want on the UT campus. We will be booking again in the near future! Thanks Chris for all the great recommendations and your overall help before, during and after our stay!

Ideal stay in Knoxville

This property was exceedingly clean and convenient to everything I wanted to do on and near campus and downtown. Communications with the property manager were incredibly swift and clear. Will definitely seek this property out again when I'm in town!

Perfect university location

What a beautiful and comfortable condo! Every detail has been exceptionally considered from communication to amenities. The location is so convenient to visit my two student daughters. I easily came and went to the condo throughout the days. I will definitely stay here again!

They thought of everything

This condo is perfect for a Knoxville weekend getaway. Chris and Ksenia have thought of everything, from the seamless check-in and checkout procedures to the thoughtful local coffee supplies, the comfortable mattresses and soft linens, the fun vinyls, and the modern and cozy decor. We will definitely be back!

UTK beats Alabama Football Weekend 10/24

We absolutely loved our stay at the View on Clinch!! We have stayed at several VRBOs in the university tower building and this was by far the absolute best. No comparisons!!! Every detail was accounted for. We were able to walk to campus and downtown Knoxville. I could not imagine a nicer place to have spent the weekend. And of course we were rewarded with a Vol Win against Alabama!

Fantastic property!

Lovely property and very comfy (loved the interior design), and the host was phenomenal with making us feel at home and answering any questions we had! Great location to downtown, but be aware it is close to a hospital, so there is a fair bit of emergency vehicles you will hear off and on. Overall, still a 10/10 from us!

Great space, cozy & clean!

This was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The space is well utilized and everything was easy! The windows alone make it spectacular. If we ever come back we will be requesting to stay here again, no questions. The hosts sent very details instructions which was wonderful, they replied fast when I did message. You can tell they really care about the guest experience.

Pristine condo with lots of great style and tech amenities.

Loved this renovated pristine condo. Especially appreciated the wireless charging bedside table lamp since I forgot my power cord. The condo is exactly as pictured in a perfect location if your stay takes you to activities and events at UTK. Communication with Chris was great. He was a gracious and attentive host. Have another stay booked already for later on this year.

Perfect Location and Wonderful and clean

This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Chris was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Perfect location to the university and downtown area. We were able to park our vehicle and walk everywhere.
