Inexpensive hotel, but noisy. I was awakened twice in the middle of the night with loud voices outside of my door. Very dated accommodations. They also charged a $50 deposit for the room when it wasn’t stated when I booked my room. Luckily, I lived over 100 miles away or it would have been $200. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Breakfast is a box of muffins… and coffee / drinks… room was clean and nice, seemed to be a lot of people coming and going… likely would not have heard them as much but the threshold under the entry door had about 1/2” gap on the handle side and 1/4” gap at the other side… I did like the newer laminate flooring, and everything worked as it should…

There were no USB charger ports in my room. When I asked if they had the plugs to allow the cord I had to work I was told they didn’t have it. It was a good thing I was staying one night. My phone was dead when I was ready to check out. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not very good. There was nothing hot available.

The room was filthy, it was noisy right next to the freeway. The floor was covered in filled I had to mop the floor. Bathroom was covered in hair they were used wet towel hanging on the back of the door we had to check our beds. I left a very lengthy note in the room after the condition of the room there was thick dust covering everything in the room it clearly had not been cleaned

The property was clean and well kept, no issues with that, if you're not a swimmer, request a room away from the pool. My issue was with the lack of control and how it wasn't used to control some guests, was awakened out of a good sleep at 3:00 am Saturday morning by horrible screaming, hollering and running, not sure what was going on, the power was out, back on around 5:30 am, I asked at the front desk about the earlier disturbance, but it was avoided completely, was told it was probably because the power was out, yeah whatever, Saturday night was much better, but once was plenty for me, I'll stay elsewhere the next visit

Will not come back here.

Bathroom door didn’t close due to hing. Dirty behind door also. Breakfast options were slim. Check in person wouldn’t let us use separate credit cards for the 2 rooms and we had to ask where the rooms were located.

The location couldn’t have been more convenient for my travel needs. Those with noise sensitivity may have trouble with the nearby bustle of I-40E, but I slept soundly. The bed was excellent and the shower water strong and hot. While I didn’t pack my suit, the pool looked clean and tempting on these newly warmer days. I greatly appreciated the patience and welcome offered from Jack and two other front desk clerks. Guest services were consistent with fresh linens and a smile in passing. Thank you, Days Inn East for a soft landing during a rough patch.

The facility served the purpose of a place to stay. Nothing was at or above expectations. We never took our shoes off because the floor was dirty. We stayed because it was late and we were tired. We had no indication in the description of the facility that there was not an elevator.

Customer service is bad at reception. Cockroch in the sink at night and they charge you security deposit and never returns that amount. If you call the hotel no body picks up the phone. Booked through Expedia and they told to deal with the Hotel.

Overall good stay

Overall the stay was good, some house keeping needed to be done. Old shampoo bottle left in shower, hair all over the bathroom counter top and floor. The bathroom needs a little TLC recaulking and such. The front desk was helpful and kind. Housekeeping was friendly.
