Just a short stroll from the famous Duval Street, this romantic cottage has all the essentials of a modern vacation rental property. The main house consists of 2 perfectly sized bedrooms with KING beds.

Hardwood flooring throughout blends cohesively together and brings coastal character to the home. A fully equipped chef's kitchen is a perfect retreat for culinary-inspired guests. The main living area extends to covered outdoor dining, overlooking the swimming pool & deck.

A separate cottage on the far end of the pool contains the 3rd BR & a half bath, with a private outdoor shower. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. The property has 2 assigned parking spaces.

Runaway Bills

The perfect place to stay for our summer vacation! The house had everything we needed. Pool was amazing to have after walks down Duval. The private cottage in the back was perfect for our oldest to have their own space. All the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Location was great on quiet street near cemetery. Highly recommend this property for all that is has to offer. I would stay at Runaway Bills again.
