Overall, we had a good stay at this Key West property! The highlights were definitely the pool just steps from the back door, the safe gated community, and the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom. We also loved the grill and outdoor dining area on the back porch. The property isn’t very walkable, so having a car is a must, but we enjoyed the nearby restaurants and seafood market, and the free parking was a great perk.A few things could be improved. The floors were quite dirty (our socks turned black walking around the bedroom), there was no keypad on the back door which made pool access inconvenient, and some of the supplies/amenities felt lacking- no Kleenex, very cheap toilet paper, king sheets on the downstairs queen bed, no curtains in the downstairs bedroom, and soaps/shampoo were not replenished during our stay despite us asking. There was also no conditioner provided and no beach chairs, though we did appreciate the two snorkel sets.One other difference from our stays with other vacation rental company experiences was that most communication happened outside the Vrbo app through text and email which we were not too keen on. Overall, a nice setup and location, but just a few smaller details that would make the stay perfect.
