When I checked in the lady at the desk didn’t even tell me where to go, what time breakfast was, or anything. I had to just figure it out and figure out there was no elevator. Also, the room isn’t the cleanest. Very dusty and the toilet was dirty

Stayed for 2 nights. All employees always greeted us even if we were in and out all day and they’ve seen us multiple times. From my view, everything was pretty clean. The beds were very comfy!! The building isn’t new and you can tell but the stay was still wonderful.

This is a small older property that has been redone. The front desk folks were nice, and that's about it. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, as did the hallway. There was rust on most metal surfaces, one curtain was broken and both curtains had paint on them. The exhaust fan rattled loudly and the shower head squealed for the entire shower. While the sink, shower, and toilet were clean, the general condition of the room and of the property, aside from the pretty front-desk area in the lobby, is quite worn and grungy.

When I first arrived, I thought I had made a mistake because the curb appeal is not inviting and the rear parking area looks pretty sketchy. Check in was a breeze, room was very clean and nice. Microwave on it's last leg and there was a lot of noise from inside and outside the building after dark. Probably will not stay there again.

The first thing that needs addressed in my opinion would be to clearly mark the threshold of the main door. There's a two to three inch rise at the door and entering the building from outside, going into the lobby There's no way to see the rise. The transition needs to be clearly marked. Area hotel is in looks rough. Exterior and interior of building is ok. Room is spacious and clean but had a musty smell. Room says it has a "kitchen" but only really has a sink, microwave, mini fridge, with empty drawers and cupboards, no stove or oven. Bed is comfortable.

3rd time staying there

I have stayed there three previous trips to the Tri-Cities, the previous two were when it was a Red Lion. No difference that I could tell, other than some signage. The room was nice and comfortable, spacious, and plenty of room for the two of us. The breakfast was OK, not terrific however.
