There were several maintenance issues with my room that were not appropriately resolved during my stay.

We were missing an item in the room but didn't notice until ready for bed. At 9 pm we were told the desk gal was the only employee on site so we could come get what they failed to put in our room. Hilton usually provides better service.

Civic Center Area surrounded by mediocre shopping and restaurants. Single King room bed was horrible, tv selection horrible, COVID-19 stupidity, slouchy staff.

We were told we couldn’t stay at first, because we were local. We went so our grandkids could swim as they don’t have a pool. Then when going to breakfast we were told we’d have to pay 12.95 per person, when it clearly stated a “free “ breakfast was included. I guess we just felt we were treated as if we were beneath them. The facilities were great, but we will not stay at a Hilton again, as we have in the past!

Very nice hotel. Close to shopping and restaurants

Pros: It was clean and beds comfortable.
Location: It was in Kennewick. Close to almost everything.Arena,mall,restaurants .
My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay. We especially loved the pool and hot tub area, it was very clean. All of the staff were helpful and friendly.
