The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was surprisingly good, offering healthier options and a nice variety of food. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back the next time I’m in the Tri-Cities.

We booked 2 rooms to stay because we were attending a wedding in one of the tri cities. I would certainly recommend this hotel for people on their way somewhere or with little kids as the small pool area would be be fun for them.

Multiple issues with my stay. Room booked didn’t look like pictures posted online. Was asked if I was a guest all becuase I was sitting in lobby. People upstairs were loud all night and Managment pretty much made it seem like everything was my fault. Did nothing to make things right. Never AGAIN!!! Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Save your money!!!

Everything was great but the only suggestion I would give is that the curtains in the rooms. They were see through and you couldn’t block out the lights from the parking lot or the sun so it was very bright going to sleep and waking up.

Great property, have stayed here multiple times before. The beds are comfortable, it’s quiet, updated and has great amenities. Great food options in walking distance. WiFi works great for business travelers. Breakfast is wonderful and has great options. I would recommend this location to solo travelers and to families. We upgraded to one of the larger 2 bed rooms, and the extra space was great for my family

Everything was almost perfect, excrpt one of the front desk workers. She seemed to be extremely bothered by me asking for an iron that wasn't all rusted. Everyone elase was amazing. House keeping was so sweet and so was food services. I'm sad I don't remember their names, but I'll NEVER forget their kind faces. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great experience overall. The hotel was clean, friendly staff, and great breakfast service and food. The only dint I’m fine my stay is that my bedroom wasn’t cleaned one of the nights we stayed. Otherwise, we enjoyed it!
