I watched this happen to other families too who would sit on the floor in the hallway while one of their family members would go downstairs to get a new key. It also felt kind of odd that the front desk staff seem so unconcerned about the fact that we had to go down and get new keys so many times. It must happen a lot. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to other families."
