A scheduled kitchen sink vertical drain line cleaning will take place between 11:30 am-1:30 pm on November 5, 2025 as part of routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems in excellent condition. During this time, licensed contractors will need brief access under the kitchen sink for about one hour, and guests are kindly asked to avoid using the kitchen sink and dishwasher that day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this essential work is completed.
