Stunning view from this 3rd floor, very clean and comfortable, well stocked, great balcony furniture, nice to have a/c in both living room and bedroom (plus fans) - overall a great condo in a fabulous location. Management was easy to work with, gave thorough and timely information, and check in was so easy. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect location on the island. The complex grounds make you feel like you are staying in a botanical garden. The unit had a wonderful view of the ocean and had everything we needed. Loved having a 1/2 bath as an extra bonus. Lava lava restaurant was within walking distance so perfect to stroll over for a drink or dinner. Make your reservation here you will not regret it

Everything about our experience was five star except we were disappointed there is no shade by the pool. Also, the cupboards and closets were so full of stuff (excess kitchen gadgets, extra mattresses, cleaning supplies) that there was barely room for our food and clothes. Other than that, the location was terrific, the view phenomenal, and we had excellent weather. We'd definitely stay at this complex again.

Clean and modern, view wonderful- loved spending mornings on lanai listening to the waves. Complex is beautifully landscaped, quiet, and safe. Loved being able to walk to Coconut market place or Lava Lava Beach club for meals. Great location for exploring all the island. Bed comfy. Kitchen had everything. Closet on lanai had everything for the beach- chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys, etc. Walked on walking path every morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay!

This was an absolute dream of a property and we had the best time. The amenities at the condo were great and we had everything we needed for cooking. 100% will be coming back!

Wonderful location!

Wonderful location, with easy access to the Coconut marketplace with great dining options and shops. The grounds of the complex were beautifully maintained. Easy access to the beach that was not busy and did not have a lot of "foot traffic" going through made it feel very secluded. The pool was wonderful as well. The property felt very safe and had everything we needed. The a/c unit is portable and noisy, so if that bothers you, then may want to consider other units.

Great Place to Stay!

Beautiful setting just steps away from the ocean and beach. The host was wonderful, low stress. The condo was nice at 808 square feet very well kept up. It was magical to sit on the lanai and watch and hear the waves on the beach. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and a convenience store to buy groceries and meals. There were many days we didn’t have to use our car. We would definitely use the same condo again in the future.

Great location for an East side property. Unit was as described but needs a refresh. Living room is teakwood furniture but not super practical or comfortable for relaxing. If you enjoy watching TV in bed you should note this unit doesn’t have a TV in the bedroom. Great view of the ocean and convenient walk to restaurants and shopping.

We really wanted to explore the whole island and this was a great central location to do that. Both the north and south sides are a quick drive away. The pool is really big and the beach in front of the resort is actually really great. I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone!

Condo was outdated and some items needs attention. Lighting in Master Bath was dark. Patio furniture old and torn. Condo need a good cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in was perfect for our honeymoon celebration. It was incredibly clean and has an absolutely amazing ocean view. Waking up every morning hearing the waves crashing on the beach was incredible. Even without air conditioning, the condo was still very pleasant and cool at night with the ocean breeze and fans in the condo. The location is perfect; plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We have basically no complaints and had an excellent time staying at Lae Nani 434!

Grest view rug light color shows alot of stains even though they say it's new. Furniture is very uncomfortable. Lighting throughout the house is very dim .

October stay

The view was very nice from our balcony, the kitchen was well supplied. There is no elevator and this unit in on the 3rd floor, so anyone with bad knees, be aware. the unit does not have a central A/C but instead a unit in the living room. There is multiple fans, however, the bedroom and bathroom still become very warm and stuffy. We had both the ceiling fan and floor fans going--all night.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is great. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Huge issue is poor AC. Unit gets very warm esp at night, difficult to cool bedroom for sleep. Difficult to contact rental staff on weekends, no response after multiple calls.
