This was a great central location for our vacation. We were able to access both sides of the island within 30-45 minutes either way, which helped with the early starts for our excursions. We played at the hotel beach on 2 days; however, there is a lot of coral on this beach so we also drove to other beaches to swim. The room was very clean, well stocked, beach chairs and toys available for use, with plenty of room for a family of 4. My 12-year-old really liked the slides at the pool and we had a lovely meal at Oasis on the Beach one evening for dinner. A grocery store is directly across the street, which was convenient. The sunrises are beautiful here, but it was difficult to view the sunsets from here. Overall, a very lovely place.

Great place at a great price

This place was incredible! It’s was well equipped to cook and snack. The two bedrooms with private bathrooms and kings beds were amazing. The beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend booking this place!

Totally Enjoyed our Stay

This is a Beautiful Rental unit in a Stunning Resort. Great, Centrally located location near the airport. Super Luxurious with Well-Appointed Amenities. Extra clean and well maintained. The pool is simply gorgeous (especially at night)! Last but not least is the Amazing Property manager Ron Gunn. He made our stay very easy and pleasurable. I would Highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future!!!

Not ocean view

This property has some great things about it and some things that were sneaky and not so great. Make sure to read the fine print that the rate is for 2 people only. Even though it can sleep 4 easily! We were charged an extra $180 for two extra people (so dumb!). This is NOT a good ocean view - it's the view of the parking lots. If you go out on the balcony you can see a bit of the ocean. I guess they still consider that 'ocean view'?? It was disappointing. The beds were lovely - it was nice to have two king beds so we as couples didn't have to flip a coin to see who gets the better master suite (and that is why we essentially chose this property). It's dark! We always had the lights on, and it was hard to see in the dresser and armoire that was provided. It's located near Safeway grocery and some good restaurants. The beach is great, but I wouldn't swim in it - it's rough. The pool is lovely but very cold (I don't think it's heated). But there is a nice hot tub. There are beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella provided that is very nice to have and use. The condo has a drip coffee maker and they had plenty of coffee and filters for us to use (thank you!). There are ice packs to use as well in the freezer and a nice touch was the Britta filter available in the fridge. The cleaning fee seemed steep ($300) but the condo was very clean and we didn't have to do much on check out (take out trash and start a load of towels). Overall it's a great condo.

Beachfront resort paradise

My husband & 9 month old stayed at Ron’s place while on Kauai. His place is just as described in the listing and we were so grateful to have found his unit in the resort. It was clean, the beds were so comfortable & we had everything we could possibly need to feel right at home during our stay. We were traveling with an infant and having a Pack & Play and booster seat were extremely helpful! We also loved the large tubs for baths. The resort is in a great location - right across from Safeway and many local food places within walking distance. (Kenji Burger is a must, we went twice!) The pool is where we spent most of our afternoons & being right on the beach was so nice for sunrise and walks. There is a path along the ocean you can take for miles. Ron was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He even left a basket of local goodies for us which was such a pleasant surprise. In all my times to Hawaii I don’t think I’ve had a pineapple & it was the best I’ve ever had. Thank you Ron for sharing your slice of paradise with us, we hope to be back for another visit in the future!

Great location, very nice unit , super comfortable beds!

We had a great experience staying at this property. The owner was very nice to work with and answered all of our questions and concerns right away. It is very nice and all around. The lazy river and pool were great and we enjoyed using both of the hot tub areas at night. The location is perfect as you are close to many activities no matter which direction you take on the island. Highly recommend staying at this property!

This property is first class! It was a pleasure working with Ron from the start. He was available to answer all of my questions in a timely matter. This resort is beautiful and the location is perfect! The double master suites are perfect for two couples with plenty of privacy. This unit exceeded our expectations. Perfect location

First time on Kauai so we wanted to have easy access to the north and south. This is the perfect location. The resort is clean, the pool and slides were a hit with our children and the condo is 100 percent a fully stocked condo. The kitchen has everything you would need - henckel knives, Wolf stovetop and Subzero Refrigerator! We used the cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. Bonus- snorkel equipment! Grills available in the pool area. This is not the best location for a swimmable beach but we knew that in advance. We also ate one night at the Oasis Restaurant on the property which was delicious. Ron was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Location location location

Our family had an amazing stay. Clean and beautiful condo. Kitchen is stocked with basic needs. Ron is a great host and communicated very well if needed. The resort is well maintained. Friendly staff and very clean. The beach has calm waves when we went and we even saw a seal. We will definitely stay again here.

Perfect in Every Way

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed in Kapaa. 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, your own bathroom, bath and shower. Lanai off each bedroom made it even more special to drink coffee or cocktails. The kitchen is superb. Full size with excellent quality appliances, well stocked dishes/pans etc and spices. A nice basket of fruit was waiting for us. Ron is excellent to deal with. Kept in contact via email and phone and made sure we were able to get in easily and did with no issues. The beach was within walking distance and a nice pathway to follow. Parking was easy with no issues. The pool was great and lots of space with no issues ever finding chairs or umbrella. Getting towels was just as easy. This property was perfect in every way. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay

Ron's condo is exquisitely furnished and has lovely decor. It was roomy for our family of 5 and we really appreciated all the beach supplies on hand in the closet. The water slides were amazing for the kids and having Safeway across the road was so helpful. The resort itself was friendly but due to either covid or staffing we found it was pretty quiet. The oustide bar was rarely open and even the Oasis restaurant was rarely open. This was unfortunate. But our condo and all that was promised there, along with our communication from Ron was above and beyond.

Excellent Vacation Stay

This property was perfect for our family of four. It was very centrally located about 45 minutes from the West Shor and 30-45 minutes to the North Shore. The property itself had a well stocked kitchen and items to use at the beach! Our family enjoyed the beautiful pool, lanai, and beach during our stay. It was the perfect home during our vacation!
