We had someone near us that was smoking in their bathroom because the smoke smell was coming into our room heavily from the bathroom. The exhaust fan in our bathroom didn't work so we couldn't use that to try and keep some of the smell out even.

The staff was always awesome. That’s why I come to this hotel all the time when I’m in Kansas City, especially the front desk clerk by the name of Georgia she is one of the best people I have met in my life and she surely deserves a raise.

Front desk lady was not nice. The key lock mechanism on my door was dead but finally turned. This brand of gos down a lot, I've seen it at other hotels, they are garbage. Facilities are not very nice. Lots of sketchy people and temp workers here. Room was very outdated, the door to the bathroom was paper thin. The couch was very old and gross. There was a very large bug on the curtains when we arrived. Nothing nice about this place. It was functional but not nice. Really for a suite a very big disappointment, we had a newborn with us. I didn't feel safe and the entire place smelled like weed. It was just disgusting all around.

Caseys is near by... but i would stay for the breakfast cause its buffet type.. eggs sauage bacon biscuits and gravy and all type of breakfast foods
