We were checked into someone else's room, the hotel had construction including extension cords, we couldn't find an elevator and the tub had mildew in it.

We apologize that you are unhappy with your stay. However, we are going through a remodel and hope that you will give us another try in the future. Also we do not have an elevator nor do we advertise for one. Other issues are being addressed

I guess i dont know what to expect from a $100 a night hotel anymore aftrr staying in better and cheaper hotels for work for many years. Location and property was ok but hair on floor in bathroom, door was sticking when opening and closing. Breakfast was average. Extra towels provided when requested.

Nothing..this sis probably on e of the worst hotels I have atayes in. Dirty, not stocked, falling apart and breakfast was a joke

The lady at check in made a phone call at check in. All she asked me for was my ID no credit card. The floor was slick and wet due to all the snow. No mop bucket or floor mats laid out. There is no elevator at this location witch is weird. The room was not the cleanest but did for the night being since we as snowed in.

Hotel problems

Pros: no loud noices
Cons: everything mentioned above
Location: The applebees was closed due to remodeling so couldn't go there. Went to I hop and it was terrible. There was really nothing more to do that was close
The lights above the sink, which is next to the bed, did not work at all. The bathroom only had one light so couldn't take a shower due to not being able to see. The shower was handicap accessible but didn't make much difference if you couldn't see. My wife tried to plug her blow dryer in and the plug in didn't work, and then come to find out the outlet was just hanging there inside the wall. We normally camp in our pop up camper and not stay in hotel, but I know now why we don't stay in hotels. Give me my camper or tent any day.
