I reserved a handicap accessible room because my 12 year old daughter is in a wheelchair. The receptionist tried to put me on the 2nd floor, and I asked about an elevator and she said they had none. So I asked why she put me up there when I reserved a handicap accessible room, and she said I didn't reserve it, and showed me something on her computer that didn't indicate it. I asked if she could put me on the first floor, and she insisted that there were no rooms available on the first floor. I showed her my reservation confirmation e-mail which said indicated a handicap room. She kept saying there was nothing she could do. Then I told her to give me a refund (even though it was a non-refundable room) because I had reserved a handicap room and not only did they not have that for me, they didn't even have a room on the first floor for me. Then suddenly, magically, she had not only a first floor room but a handicap room for me. Why would she not just change it for me in the first place and try to argue with me about it? Then I we get into the room, and it gave our whole family a headache because the cleaning staff had a very heavy hand with some kind of air freshener spray that was way to heavy handed its use. We had to keep the window open for a good 30 minutes to get it to air out. The breakfast was not stocked and machines didn't work. All in all, an awful stay. Just pay the extra 30 dollars and stay at the holiday in or a different hotel.

We were checked into someone else's room, the hotel had construction including extension cords, we couldn't find an elevator and the tub had mildew in it.

We apologize that you are unhappy with your stay. However, we are going through a remodel and hope that you will give us another try in the future. Also we do not have an elevator nor do we advertise for one. Other issues are being addressed

I guess i dont know what to expect from a $100 a night hotel anymore aftrr staying in better and cheaper hotels for work for many years. Location and property was ok but hair on floor in bathroom, door was sticking when opening and closing. Breakfast was average. Extra towels provided when requested.
