Staff are not so Helpful. They give attitude . Washer/dryer not operational- when reported to staff they didn’t even offer a refund. Washers filthy full of hairs. Never ever had the use it again.. We stayed here for 2 weeks in a king suite. Parking is $10 per day which is ridiculous.

The staff was very friendly. The suite was clean, there were good healthy breakfast options. Plenty of shopping in walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Didn't start off well... We arrived at 9:00 pm and waited in the lobby with 2 other groups for over 10 minutes waiting to check in. A plastic sign said out on property, be back soon??? One group said they were calling the office prior to arrival with no answer. Finally emailed asking to check in and someone came. She looked very annoyed and was very unfriendly despite her festive holiday attire. The hotel has been remodeled but the bathroom showed signs of recent major water damage since and will most likey get worse. Water coming out of the back of shower wall and you could hear the pipes dripping with water when turning sink on. Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable. So ended better than it started. But would not stay there again or recommend.
