It was a disgustingly filthy dirty site. Th bed linens were stained and dirty. The towels and chair were stained. The bathroom sink had a black ring around it. No one should stay at that hotel - ever!

Heaternot working, toilet not secure to floor, roaches coming out of the bathroom sink. No pressure from shower, dirty floors and counters. Back door propped open for anyone to walk in. Fire alarm set off from people playing in the hallway by our room all night long. What didn't go wrong? Not recommended especially if you need to get a hold of them because they don't answer the phone!

the key cards kept deactivating regardless of precautions and when we went to the front there wasn't regularly a person there. They acted afraid of my service dog, the wheelchair accessible room I was put in was not, you had to ask for everything(towels, blankets, a light bulbs as the lamp was missing one). But it was relatively clean, overall quiet except the misc pet dog barking and check in was smooth

⚠️ WARNING: BED BUGS! This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The place looked like it hadn’t been dusted or painted in over a decade — that alone didn’t bother me much. But when we checked in, I noticed another room being fumigated. I figured they were taking care of a problem. Turns out, the problem was in our room too — bed bugs. I went straight to the front desk to switch rooms, but they said they were fully booked and basically shrugged it off. My stay was supposed to be from October 10th–12th, but I left immediately and requested a refund through Expedia that same night (October 10th). Still no refund. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The room was completely unlivable, and the management couldn’t care less. Absolute nightmare.

The room was not up to par. The floors had divits out of it. There was holes by light fixtures in the ceiling. The tub looked like someone had washed greasy tools in it and it was stained up with it. The tub also leaked so we had to hear that all night. I would never stay at this hotel again!

Absolutely horrible. Mold in room. Door wouldn't lock. People were smoking Marijuana next door and whole place smelled strong of marijuana. Nothing was done about it and the front desk person occasionally joined them in the room for a long period of time and could not be found. Ended up leaving and finding a different hotel and hoping to get money back because our door wouldn't lock and front desk person was too busy getting high to help us.

Friendly staff. Looks like it was updated within the last 10 years, but hasn’t been maintained well. One room had a “condemned” sign on it. Definitely mold in our bathrooms along with used shampoo and no soap. Hair clumps in the shower. Strong smell of weed in the hallway. Will not be staying again.

Bed Bug

When I woke up the next morning and sat on the bed there was a bedbug. This is the first time I actually saw a bedbug. I’ve seen photos so I knew what it was. I left the room immediately @ 7 or 8 and reported to front desk. I will never book again. I had to make sure I checked my personal items to include washing my hair when I arrived home. YUK!!!
