The toilet ran all night long. And barely flushed. Could not control the a.c. unit. Was 75 degrees and would notchange no matter what we set it to. Pool was closed from health department. Which is why i chose the hotel in the first place. 4 days to get a refund on 50 deposit.

There was no heat. Rooms were 68 degrees. I had two rooms and was given a space heater to try to keep warm but it kept shutting off about every 45 min. Cold kept waking us up so we barely slept at all. Not good for when you have a long drive home. Notified staff and ask for a manager to call me because I wanted to request a discount but no one did. We had stayed here last year and it was great. This was a big disappointment and this issue along with the lack of response will have us not returning.

Won't stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel 1 other time and had wonderful service and loved my stay but this time was totally different. I checked in and upon arriving to my room I immediately was thrown off by the awful smell and a large fan running inside my room with the window open. I'm not one to complain so I was going to try to stick it out. After about an hour I decided I couldn't take it anymore so I went to the front desk. The young lady said she put me in that room because when I checked in they had no other rooms ready but made it seem like she knew there was a problem with the room. She said there would be another room available after one gets cleaned (this is after 7 pm at night and they are just now cleanirooms?) but she would call me on my room phone when it was ready. I went here to get away & relax & wanted to use the hot tub so was upset that I had to wait to do that until she called me. I waited an hour & a half and went back to the front desk & she seemed flustered & said she tried calling the room & I never answered. I told her that I'd been in my room the whole time & there were no calls (she could have tried my cellphone since she had that # but didn't try it either). By the time I got in my new room it was after 9 pm so it was a waste of time to get my swimsuit on at that point so I went to bed. The hallways seemed like they could use a good cleaning & my bathroom could use a good deep clean. Overall not a good experience & won't ever stay here again.

The tv and shower were broken. The hot water would not stay in and then the shower stopped working unless you braked the handle the whole time. That and the hot tub was filthy, full of dirty water, it was ice cold and jets were broken so never got to enjoy it. I would not recommend staying here!

Such a nice place at such a good price!! The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with hot options and fresh fruit too. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again!
