Kona Pacific A-206 is an incredible option for your Hawaii Vacation! Enjoy the Kona breezes from your lanai at this fantastic condo in Kailua-Kona. You’ll be treated to ocean views from your outdoor dining space, shared access to a community swimming pool and gas grill.
This wonderfully spacious condo has 829 interior square feet & an additional 200 square feet lanai! The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit and window AC in both the living area and the bedroom if needed. The primary bedroom has a King Sized bed, TV and an en-suite full bathroom. The living room has easy access the lanai and contains a full-size sofa sleeper and access to a full bathroom as well! 2 bathrooms in a 1 bedroom is incredibly rare, but an amazing feature!
Kona Pacific is located on the South edge of downtown Kailua Kona, just off of Ali'i Drive and an easy walk to Honl’s Beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to most downtown attractions, shopping, dining and the ocean, while still being quiet & peaceful to make your stay enjoyable. Kona Pacific offers a pool and barbecue area, multiple elevators, assigned parking (compact to mid-sized) and larger square footage of the living area in comparison to other complexes in Kona. Great place to stay for a Kona vacation. Walkable to everything in town. The property was clean and very well equipped with everything we need on our 2 week stay including all of the beach essentials. Property manager was great with communication and provided an excellent service. We look forward to coming back next year.

The room was very clean and is in a perfect location for enjoying Kona. The host was very responsive. We have stayed in Kona about 12 times in the last five years. This is the only stay that we have had where the host turned on the air conditioning prior to our arrival. Since we didn’t get in until late, this was very much appreciated. The host also had a very nice welcoming package waiting for us as well. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, clean property
We had a great stay here, we specifically booked on alii drive so that we wouldn't have to pay for parking every time we wanted to visit restaurants or shops in town. It was perfect, the property is clean and the listing is accurate. Self-checking process is very easy. The bed is quite comfortable and the laundry machine is extremely convenient and very quiet. It was very nice that they provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even razors and toothpaste in a little gift bag. I think our one and only complaint is that the parking spaces are extremely tiny and against pillars that make it exceptionally hard not only to reverse into but to get out of your vehicle if people are parked next to you. Not the fault of the property owner whatsoever. But highly recommend booking a economy sized car if you're going to stay here, a large SUV or truck would not fit. We would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Super easy check in and check out process. Great communication with management company. Unit was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. AC is a bit loud. Parking was tricky - very tight spot in an area for compact cars, but not all of the neighboring cars were compact.Great location. Super convenient and easy walk to shops and cafes on Alii Dr. like most condos on Ali’i, things feel bit worn down, but this is def one of the nicer condos we’ve stayed in. Pool was great! Never crowded and the whole complex was very clean.

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. The unit had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the view from the lanai. It was also nice to have two bathrooms! The property management had a very sweet welcome for us. Highly recommend. In walking distance to restaurants and the water.

A Jewel in Kona
Very nice condo which included all of the items necessary for spending time at the beach including chairs, umbrella, towels, scuba gear, cooler, and boggy boards. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. Overall, a great unit for an enjoyable vacation.
