"The room was nice and large. The bathroom was very nice including a towel warmer. The staff were nice and helpful except one of the breakfast monitors. The location is excellent and and close to everything, but not too close. It made for a quiet stay , but the ability to get to the action quickly. The train station is within walking distance. The remodel being done is going to make the lobby area even nicer. There are three things that would have made the stay five stars: Access to buy something to drink for the room, ice which was said that they had no access to any ice. Last if there had been an agreement with a laundry service rather than having to find one on your own. "

"Would not recommend. Staff could have cared less that we were there. Location was close to the train station, which we wanted, but not convenient for the main areas of Nice. Choice of local restaurants, cafes was not good. Room was very small, but bedding was comfortable. Seemed fairly clean."
