Hotel is well situated for transport links and local sightseeing facilities. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and well appointed with facilities including kettle, safe, TV, air conditioning and drinks cooling cabinet. We also stayed here last year and would be happy to do so again

I couldn’t sleep because the room was very noisy from the street. I had asked at check-in if the room was quiet and was told it was. At 4am I asked for another room, but the night manager was rude and said it was my fault for not using earplugs. Very disappointing.

The hotel was clean and well located but extremely expensive for what you get and holy moly were the pillows uncomfortable... Like sleeping on a stone. Brutal. I ended up sleeping on a blow up neck pillow and a balled up jacket instead of subjecting my neck to that punishment. The bed was a very slightly softer rock. Not a recipe for a good time. Side note - the yogurt with breakfast was memorably good.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room had great charm but it was a bit noisy and we could not get the thermostat to work properly. The location was great and all in all, a nice stay.

My experience was a mixed bag. I liked the area and the cute ambiance of the hotel while the shower’s water pressure was very low and I could barely wash myself. Also WiFi wasn’t working. The breakfast was average and was served in a small room without windows. The staffs were friendly though.
