Nestled in nature yet minutes from Jacksonville International Airport and major highways for easy access.

⭐ Take all trash to garbage cans outside.
⭐ Empty refrigerator and freezer of all personally purchased contents.

⭐ Use keypad to lock the door before leaving.

WHILE VISITING THE SUNRISE SUITE:

Enter and exit through the keyless door. Do not lock the bottom lock.

This home is for the sole use of guests under the reservation. No events or parties are allowed. Communicate with us if you have an idea that you want to run by us. Space is sometimes used as a venue, starting at $750.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. Keep the noise to a minimum outside after 10 PM.

No fireworks.

Fishing is allowed on the bulkhead and off of dock. Bring your own poles and fishing gear.

Laundry: washer/dryer unit and iron/ironing board, steamer, lint rollers, and hangers are in the master closet. Washer pods are in unit.

Cards, board games, puzzles, art activities, binoculars, drums, and more are available for your enjoyment.

Unit has brand new pool table, a foosball table, and a smart TV.

There are also outdoor activities available. Fort, swing on the dock, basketball, and more.

There is an outdoor grill.

NO smoking, vaping, or use of any drugs anywhere on the property. $250 fee.

No pets allowed.

Wake up with the sun at Sunrise Suite—whether from your window, the yard, or the dock, the colors just before sunrise are breathtaking. If you`re lucky, you might even spot dolphins or hear the gentle sounds of birds, water, and wind chimes welcoming the day.
