I was placed in a handicap room ,right next to a store so people pulled up with loud playing music all night just about .It took atleast 20 minutes fir the hot water in the shower to get hot .bad experience

The front door wouldn’t lock once we entered. There was a joining room that also Didn’t lock properly! The room smelled like mold, wallpaper pulling off the walls! Asked for a refund and I’m still waiting for a call back from the manager at Travelocity! We never stayed in the room as it was nasty and completely unsafe! Don’t book a room there!

We were put in a room in the back of the hotel. The door did not lock. The safety lock was missing. The door to connect the adjoining rooms would not lock. The phone in the room did not work and there was no hot water.

I liked the breakfast and location. I didn't like the room smell it smelled like piss. I didn't like that the pool room wasn't open!

The hot water took around 15 minutes to coming out, the refrigerator didn’t work, the ac was extremely cold the beds were uncomfortable, needs updates fir the entire hotel
