Excellent ocean view. To be clear on the ocean. Home was absolutely gorgeous and was as described by VRBO. Clean and very open floor plan. Three bedrooms were excellent. The process from the beginning was flawless. Went exactly as planned. We will be returning soon. Excellent location, close to Aunt Kate’s Restaurant on the inland side with water view seating outside. No surprises. Beautiful.

The host was great. The house was excellent. The view was extraordinary. We had a great time. We would highly recommend this house. We’ve rented two other times down the road and this was by far the best house we rented we loved it there.

Lovely place to stay. Clean, with light and bright decor. Very well stocked with everything you could imagine in the kitchen, lots of games & puzzles, beach towels, etc... Nice, easy beach access and the firepit is such a bonus. It's also close to town.

Home Exceeded Expectations

Almost Heaven Beach House truly exceeded our expectations with how lovely it was furnished inside, as well as the incredible view. The small touches were appreciated when we first arrived (starter dish detergent, hand soaps, etc)- prior to our Publix run. In addition, when we learned the freezer was not working on our second day, they promptly delivered a smaller fridge/ freezer for us to use for the remaining of our stay. Also, this beautiful home was only a ten minute drive to Publix and several local restaurants we loved. Beautiful beach house directly overlooking a gorgeous view. Our family made amazing memories here this week and we will be certain to come again, hopefully next year.

Beautiful Beach House

This house was great for us! We have family in the area and they loved to visit and enjoyed the beach and sunrises. The only problem was the refrigerator. The freezer did not get cold enough to keep our ice cream hard. We were making ice cubes with big forms that we brought, and it took 3 days for the ice cubes to freeze. We loved that they had kid toys, specifically boogie boards and sand toys.

We were so happy to be back in Ponte Vedra beach! This beach front home was absolutely gorgeous. The view will take your breath away. We loved the large kitchen and living room with a plenty of sitting area. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you needed. Appreciated the welcome gifts especially the coffee! This home was very clean and comfortable. The communication with the host was easy. We had a great time and will definitely return next year!

Almost Heaven

This was our second time to "Almost Heaven". I will tell you it was good as the first time. It is a very nice and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay there and plan to come back in the future. The home is well maintained and was very clean. Our dogs loved running the beach everyday. Thank you once again for letting us use your home over the last 11 days.

Wonderful stay at Almost Heaven property

Our visit was middle of December at Almost Heaven. The location was wonderful! We enjoyed being right on the beach and taking our dog on a beach walk daily. The property has a nice kitchen with plenty of space. We also appreciated the fenced in side yard.

Perfect, absolutely perfect

Almost Heaven was absolutely perfect!! The house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. The location can not be beat, it felt as if we could reach out and touch the water right from the deck! We will be returning!

It is Heaven

Two weeks of wonderful accommodations. The home is picture perfect and deck all but touches the ocean. Not once did we feel the need of beach chairs. Our host was very nice and helped us get settled. The side yard is fenced so our dog was also very happy. Far enough from St Augustine not feel the rush but close enough to enjoy all it has to offer. It is 5+
