Very clean, amazingly helpful staff. Who always greet with a smile, really easy check in process with an exchange machine downstairs (the exchange rate is worse in the hotel but good for convenience) really reasonable price with easy access to Dottonburi and the subway. Highly recommend

We had an amazing time. Everything was so comfortable and clean. The food was extremely delicious. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the lobby was on the 17th floor.
