We opted to have the buffet breakfast twice as we enjoyed it so much. The free shuttle bus to the airport was very handy. The staff were very nice. The hotel was in walking distance from many shopping options. A 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport if you miss the shuttle like we did.

Consistently great experience at the Washington.

Generally I tend to go to this hotel when I visit Izumisano city. It’s conveniently next to the station. The staff are helpful and kind. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very nice and typically affordable. The breakfast is fantastic. My girlfriend is from Izumisano city and she loves staying here with me. I want to thank the staff for a lovely experience for every time that I’ve been there. Also on the 2nd floor they have a family mart.

The hotel is not on typical Japanese clean standards. The carpet smells. They put four beds in one room . Make no place for luggage. Very strange arrangement. The hotel has the best location.

We stayed here as a family of four, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The rooms were extremely small, making it hard to move around with our kids. Our room also had a strange smell, which is very unlike what we’ve experienced elsewhere in Japan. On top of that, the hotel overall seemed unkempt and not well maintained. The only positive was the convenient location, which made it easy for us to do some last-minute shopping before leaving. However, due to the room conditions, odor, and lack of upkeep, we would not return here and cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Desafortunada el personal del restaurante arruinó el día, al no permitirnos el acceso. Decían que para huéspedes y aun mostrando mi llave de habitación no me permitieron la entrada y el encargado me pidió que lo acompañara solo para decirme que en la estacion de metro habia mas lugares para comer. PESIMA ATENCIÓN del restaurante. El hotel esta aceptable pero no volvería.
