The condo was clean and in a good location. Thanks to the owner for making this the only good part of our stay. We spent almost 2,000 for two nights including golf cart rental and were unable to enter any of the restaurants or use the golf course. This is a "South Seas" problem and pretty embarrassing ...

Great place! Very comfortable, in a nice area with all the amenities one would want. The warm pool was very enjoyable as well. We were upgraded to beach front, and while it wasn't advertised as included we were lucky to have access to chairs and beach equipment, which was nice!

Our floors had been swept, but not mopped - my feet got filthy walking barefoot in our room and I had to wash them just to get into bed. The beach is very nice, the pools are very nice, the staff is very nice, but overall, we had a mediocre experience and would not recommend this to our friends."

"The condo was clean and in a good location. Thanks to the owner for making this the only good part of our stay. We spent almost 2,000 for two nights including golf cart rental and were unable to enter any of the restaurants or use the golf course. This is a "South Seas" problem and pretty embarrassing to be told to leave a brand new restaurant because we did not have "wristbands". We were there for a wedding hosted by South Seas and will never stay there again because of their ridiculous policies towards VRBO rentals. We were forced to leave the resort just to get a drink at RC Otters where they actually accept cash and credit cards! South Seas is now considered a joke by all of us who stayed there and none of us will ever return."
