Everything was good. My only constructive criticism is I let the staff know the couch in the room had stains all over and no one provided a solution. If you are advertising as lux hotel than that’s the quality I should see and if not a solution should be offered.

My room was clean. The towels were disgraceful and they were cigarette butts all over the property. This is a case of a well meaning hotel and management team, but the maintenance people are just not doing what they need to be doing.
