A very helpful gentleman assisted me at check in stated it was only his 3rd day, he was super sweet and did a great job, helped direct us how to get to local walmart and target so we could get our extra needs. Appreciate his friendliness and helpfulness as it was like 11pm when we got there. The breakfast was delicious, my kids and i had a blask Making our own fresh pancakes pouring the batter and turning the wafflemaker was so fun. All the topping varieties for waffles and oatmeal, sausage mcmuffins, AMAZINGLY FLUFFY scrambled eggs my husband loved, thin bacon. Yogurt an as dry cereal options, a super sweet helpful attendant kept clean and maintained, assisted with first waffle attempt and kept all items fill fresh and hot. It was awesome. Loved the Large pullout sofa it fit my kids great they said it was super comfortable and they loved it. Will definitely come back and stay here next time. Didn't get a chance to check out all the things in the gym and husband was stoked about the basketball court. Next time going to stay longer to get to enjoy more of the hotels amenities as well as the local thrills.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. I didn't like that they put a charge on my card "in case I did something to the room" that would be reversed in 5-7 days. Other than that this hotel was definitely a place that I would highly recommend.

Arrived to hotel late and very tired just to our surprise the doors were locked, no front desk representative around. Called the front desk and ranged the bell for over 30 minutes with no response. Then the desk representative finally shows up and she charges room on my card after I already had paid with reservation. Assured me she would take care of the refund. Next morning during checkout realize nothing was taken care of. I am very disappointed in the hotel staff service. I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and I have never experienced this type of service/situation before.

We stayed one night, everything was great except you can hear the people from up stairs walking back and forth all night. Love that they are pet friendly. We are a family of six who fit comfortably in one suite.
