When I booked the room online it showed the rooms with a balcony overlooking the harbor. The advertisement does not show any other rooms. When I arrived my room overlooked trash cans and another property next door. I was very very upset. It was a special Valentine's weekend that was totally ruined We left the next day lost $250 for Sunday because the room was not what was advertised. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the surroundings. There's only one restaurant nearby It's surrounded by military apartments.

Everything was great. Hotel sits right on the harbor, letting you listen to the sounds of birds and the local seals. The rain didnt even spoil our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

The first room was not desirable. It was improved when they changed our room. The room was clean and adequately supplied. I was fortunate that while they were remodeling they were not painting! I am so sensitive that I have passed out from the smell and had to be hospitalized. Should have been notified before making a reservation!!

Room and bathroom were both clean, with room having a nice view of the Marina, and the staff were all friendly. I like the free parking and that breakfast (though so-so) was included. A few nit-picks: you can't turn off the lights in the balcony (we wanted to sleep with the sliding glass door open, but the light was too much), the bathroom sink drained very slowly, and I had to unplug the window air conditioner to turn it off (the controls seemed not to work). The breakfast was so-so: oatmeal was not fully cooked (it was oatmeal mixed with hot water), but the coffee was good and there are enough choices that you should be able to find something to fill you up (for me it was bagel with cream cheese and jam), and the staff kept the area clean and well supplied. Despite these nit-picks, I felt the location and value was good and would book again.
