As we were leaving for the day, my daughter fell down the stairs, that were broken. And no, it was not roped off. As she was coming down the stairs the cement step broke in half, she fell, and now she is in a boot, and may have to have surgery. No one tried to help us and we had to call for an ambulance.

My TV didn't work at time of check in he came down tried it and said he would have maintenance bring another tomorrow. I never got a tv, they had roaches, you have to request housekeeping. They came took trash left towels and toiletries on table and left. NO SWEEPING, NO BED CHANGE, NO CLEANING TO ANYTHING!! AND AT CHECK OUT I INQUIRED ABOUT THEM TALKING TO MANAGEMENT ABOUT COMPENSATING ME FOR NO TV AND THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT!!!! SHE SAID SHE WAS GIVING THE DEPOSIT BACK BUT NORMALLY WOULDN'T. SO I SAT OUTSIDE AND NADE A VERY NECESSARY CALL TO THAT ESTABLISHMENT THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! Socket was taped to the wall!!!
