Very close to North Point MTR station. If you have business or family in North Point, this is the best location. Hotel is fine, many local dining options around the neighborhood. Not a touristy neighborhood though.

Good location, nice view, great welcoming staff. The only thing can complain is their elevator, very user unfriendly, there’s no indicator light showing which elevator arrived, inside the elevator the buttons are only on one side, and the doors have no light sensors, still mechanical sensors stopping the door closing after it hit something, quite unacceptable in this day and age for a hotel.

I thought the cleaning staff was great. The place is always spotless. I love how all the staff is fluent in multiple languages. My only complaint is that the design of the tub. It's really hard to pull the knob to switch the water from the faucet to the hand held spray. Also the tub drains very slowly.
