When we called down and ask about laundry , they told us 4 pieces laundry complimentary, so we sent out 4 pieces to do laundry . When checked out , they charged almost $700 Hong Kong dollar , and insisted only for pressing not laundry We thought free laundry that was why we sent out Otherwise we didn’t need it or desperate to do laundry because we packed plenty Thought it was free so we used the service, unfortunately we did pay attention reading assuming we called and got verification that it will be free laundry , not only pressing Conrad is a big hotel and chain of Hilton , I am a long time member and have not have bad experience until this stay at the Conrad in HK

As a previous 20 year resident of Hong Kong, I was very saddened by the state of the Conrad during my family trip. From the poor condition of our room to the screaming wedding parties disturbing guests in the lobby the hotel is no better than the Holiday Inn Golden Mile in TST. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and find another option. The Grand Lady has passed much like the city itself.

Our experience at the Conrad Hong Kong was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were unfailingly courteous and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was a highlight — not only was the buffet selection extensive and delicious, but the chef went out of his way to prepare a special nut-free meal for my daughter, ensuring her safety and comfort. The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury and convenience, with direct access to a shopping mall and just steps from major subway lines. Every detail, from the well-appointed rooms to the thoughtful service, reflects true five-star quality. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Amazing stay at the five star Conrad Hotel in Hong Kong! Staff were incredibly polite and attentive, especially at the extensive breakfast buffet where the chef personally prepared special nut-free items for my daughter with a nut allergy. Beautiful hotel, great amenities, and unbeatable location — connected to a luxury shopping mall with many restaurants and close to all major subway lines. Truly top-notch service from start to finish!
